Busy, busy, busy

So I haven't blogged for a while, 2 reasons really:
  1. I've been busy
  2. I've been lazy
Last time I said I was gonna start exercising/healthy eating...this is where lazy comes in...I went for a "jog" once, went on the cross-trainer twice, and that's about it.

Still I've lost 5lbs! haha

Now I'm off work for a few days, so time to knuckle down!
Works been crazy the last few weeks so I've not really had time to focus on my diet and stress-eating has been a major problem. But now I can get back on track! Let's just hope I don't start boredom eating!
